About Me

Supporting you as you step into your own power.

I started my doula practice after my own personal experiences in becoming a Mother.

Where this began

I chose this work out of passion.

Originally from Mexico, I moved to the US when I was a child and speak both English and Spanish. After getting married, my husband's military service brought me to the Central Texas area.

After many years of marriage and several moves, we decided to start growing our family. My first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage, and the pregnancy that followed was considered high-risk. Ultimately, we chose to have a caesarean birth for the safety of my daughter. These experiences forever changed me, and I became passionate about all things birth and postpartum. So, in 2025 I decided to train as a birth doula through DONA International, and began to build my practice to share my passion and witness other women tap into the power that is within. In 2026, I began training to become a postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and lactation educator.

Prior to entering the birth world, I worked as a CPA and accountant. I am currently on hiatus from that field while focusing on my work as a doula and motherhood.

My family and I reside in Salado. We enjoy the outdoors and the simple things. Outside of being a nerd for all things birth and motherhood, I love to cook, bake, and sew. If we are not on an RV camping trip, you can usually find my family and I at park or at one of the local libraries.

My Doula Philosophy

I believe the body was beautifully designed for birth, and that with the right support, knowledge, and care, you can step into this season feeling strong and confident.

The perspective I bring to this work is personal, but my role is never to place my beliefs onto others. My role as your doula is to walk alongside you, helping you prepare for birth with education that leads you to informed choices, so you can approach your experience with clarity and calm — no matter how it unfolds.

Birth isn’t just one day—it’s the beginning of your journey as a parent. My goal is to help you start that chapter feeling empowered, supported, and deeply cared for.

I have a special heart for families navigating IVF pregnancies, VBAC journeys, and bilingual or multicultural birth experiences.
