Informational Support

When you’re informed, you’re empowered to make the choices that feel right for you. I provide evidence-based information tailored to your unique needs. We’ll work together to explore your preferences, answer your questions, and help you feel confident and prepared.

Physical Support

I offer physical comfort techniques during labor, including suggestions for positioning and breathing exercises to alleviate discomfort and promote progress. My calming presence helps you remain centered and attuned to your body throughout this journey.

Emotional Support

Birth isn’t just a physical experience. It’s an emotional and transformational one. I offer steady, nonjudgmental support so you feel heard, validated, and safe to express whatever you are feeling. Your feelings matter, and I’m here to remind you that you’re not alone.

Packages and Pricing

I am exclusively providing birth support at this time. Support for postpartum, childbirth education, and lactation education will be available soon.

Virtual Birth Support $700

The same support as the Complete Birth Package, except support is virtual, phone or text.

Birth Plan Prep $100

One two hour virtual session where we discuss your birth preferences and develop a birth plan.

Complete Birth Package

Prenatal Support

One to two prenatal visits, unlimited phone or text support during business hours, and on-call availability 24/7 starting at 38 weeks.

Labor & Birth Support

Continuous support throughout labor. I remain with you for one to two hours after birth to ensure you are settled.

Postpartum Support

One postpartum in-home follow-up visit within two weeks of birth. Unlimited phone or text support during business hours for the first two weeks after birth.
